Pepper0 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the pepper0 platform. Please read these terms carefully in their entirety before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By registering an account or using any part of the pepper0 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to access or use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and pepper0 ("Platform", "we", "us"). Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use pepper0's services. This platform is intended for adult users in Malaysia only. Any attempt by an underage individual to use the platform is strictly prohibited and the account will be terminated immediately.
Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on pepper0. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts, including any balances held within them.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and complete information. pepper0 may request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including copies of your identification document, proof of address and any other relevant information. Failure to comply with such requests may result in a temporary suspension or closure of your account.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact pepper0 customer support immediately. The platform is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As a pepper0 user, you agree to comply with all platform rules. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure without notice:
- Using automated software or systems (bots, scripts) to access or manipulate games.
- Colluding with other users to exploit the bonus or promotion system unfairly.
- Providing false or misleading information when interacting with customer support.
- Using your account for money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or interfering with system security.
- Registering under a false identity or using another person's information without their consent.
Pepper0 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including placing a hold on withdrawals while an investigation is ongoing. The platform's decision in such matters is final.
Payments, Deposits and Transactions
All financial transactions on the pepper0 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits via approved local payment methods, including online banking, e-wallets and other methods listed in the deposit section of your account.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method. Users are encouraged to check the current limits within their account before making any transaction. All successfully processed deposits are final and cannot be reversed once funds have been credited to your platform account.
For withdrawals, users must ensure their account has completed full identity verification. Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe indicated, depending on the chosen method. pepper0 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes, particularly if account activity is deemed unusual.
Any bonuses or promotions received are subject to the rollover requirements specified separately in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until the stipulated rollover conditions have been fully met.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third Parties
Limitation of Liability
The pepper0 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors or uninterrupted availability. pepper0 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect game outcomes or erroneous payouts, pepper0 reserves the right to void or adjust the affected transactions following a completed investigation, regardless of whether any funds have been temporarily credited.
Intellectual Property
All content on the pepper0 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software and user interfaces — is the intellectual property of pepper0 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or use any of this content without prior written authorisation.
Third-Party Links and Services
The platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as game providers or payment gateways. pepper0 is not responsible for the policies, content or practices of any such third parties. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms and privacy policies separately.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure
Pepper0 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform for unlawful purposes. In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. Any eligible balance will be returned to the user once all conditions have been met and any required review has been completed.
Changes to These Terms
Pepper0 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users who continue to use the platform after changes have been published are deemed to have accepted the revised terms. We recommend that users review this page periodically.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be in full force and effect.
